Ovakva dinamika ne ostaje na berzama \u2013 ona se vrlo brzo prenosi na pumpe, logisti\u010dke bud\u017eete i cijene transporta.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"790\">1. Prvi efekti: benzina i dizel pod pritiskom<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"999\">U Italiji su ve\u0107 zabilje\u017eena prva pove\u0107anja cijena goriva. Sli\u010dna kretanja o\u010dekuju se \u0161irom EU. Dizel, koji predstavlja klju\u010dni energent drumskog transporta, reaguje gotovo proporcionalno rastu sirove nafte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1274\">Za drumske prevoznike, gorivo u\u010destvuje sa 30\u201340% u ukupnoj strukturi tro\u0161kova. Svako pove\u0107anje od 0,05\u20130,10 \u20ac po litru direktno uti\u010de na cijenu po kilometru i smanjuje operativnu mar\u017eu, posebno kod kompanija koje rade po fiksnim ugovorima bez fleksibilne \u201edizel klauzule\u201c.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1344\">2. Gas i industrijski tro\u0161kovi: logistika skladi\u0161tenja pod udarom<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1549\">Pove\u0107anje TTF indeksa prirodnog gasa od 25% (na gotovo 40 \u20ac\/MWh) ima \u0161ire posljedice. Efekat Hormu\u0161kog moreuza: pomorski noli i osiguranja<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1866\">Stretto di Hormuz je jedna od najva\u017enijih energetskih arterija svijeta. Rincari u pomorskom sektoru prelijevaju se na \u017eeljezni\u010dki i drumski transport u kontinentalnoj Evropi.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2171\">4. Pove\u0107avaju se tro\u0161kovi proizvodnje, distribucije i finalne prodaje.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2571\">Za Balkan i Bosnu i Hercegovinu, kao ekonomije sa visokom zavisno\u0161\u0107u od drumskog transporta (preko 90% teretnog prometa), ovo predstavlja dodatni udar u trenutku kada sektor ve\u0107 trpi regulatorne i tr\u017ei\u0161ne pritiske.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2644\">5. Klju\u010dno pitanje: ho\u0107e li se aktivirati mehanizmi za\u0161tite sektora?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2809\">U EU postoje mehanizmi povrata akciza i fleksibilne fiskalne politike za profesionalne prevoznike.
