Ono \u0161to je donedavno bilo ozna\u010deno kao \u201eote\u017eano poslovanje\u201c, danas se otvoreno naziva \u2013 egzistencijalna kriza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"1115\">U srcu problema nalazi se dizel gorivo, \u010dija cijena iz sedmice u sedmicu ru\u0161i sve prethodne kalkulacije. U Njema\u010dkoj, cijena je dostigla nivo od preko 2,3 eura po litru, dok je rast u Italiji prema\u0161io 24% u svega nekoliko sedmica . Ovakva dinamika ne ostavlja prostor za prilago\u0111avanje \u2013 ve\u0107 direktno ugro\u017eava opstanak prevoznika.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1182\"><strong data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1182\">Tro\u0161kovi rastu, cijene padaju \u2013 matemati\u010dki nemogu\u0107a pozicija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1395\">Paradoks dana\u0161njeg tr\u017ei\u0161ta je brutalan: dok tro\u0161kovi eksplodiraju, cijene transporta padaju. Svako novo pove\u0107anje cijene goriva direktno bri\u0161e profit i vodi ka gubitku.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1768\"><strong data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1768\">Evropa reaguje \u2013 protesti kao signal sistemskog sloma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1820\">Transportni sektor \u0161irom Evrope po\u010dinje reagovati:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"2162\">\n<li data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1904\">Njema\u010dka: protesti na ulicama, jasna poruka \u2013 <em data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"1902\">\u201eAko mi stanemo, staje dr\u017eava\u201c<\/em><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1996\">Francuska: najavljena nacionalna mobilizacija i upozorenje na ga\u0161enje hiljada kompanija<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2052\">Italija: samozaposleni prevoznici na ivici opstanka<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2162\">Poljska: poku\u0161aj dr\u017eavne intervencije kroz smanjenje PDV-a i akciza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2257\">Ovo vi\u0161e nisu izolovani incidenti \u2014 ovo je koordinirani signal da sistem vi\u0161e ne funkcioni\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2309\"><strong data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2309\">IRU upozorava: lanci snabdijevanja su ugro\u017eeni<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2457\">Me\u0111unarodna unija za drumski transport (<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">IRU<\/span><\/span>) jasno upozorava da je kontinuitet transporta u EU ozbiljno naru\u0161en.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2459\" data-end=\"2587\">Bez hitne i koordinisane reakcije, posljedice ne\u0107e biti ograni\u010dene samo na transport \u2014 ve\u0107 \u0107e se preliti na kompletnu ekonomiju:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2702\">\n<li data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2615\">ka\u0161njenja u isporukama<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2616\" data-end=\"2654\">poreme\u0107aji u lancima snabdijevanja<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2655\" data-end=\"2673\">rast inflacije<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2702\">smanjena dostupnost roba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2752\">Drugim rije\u010dima \u2014 ugro\u017een je \u201ekrvotok privrede\u201c.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"2796\"><strong data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"2796\">Strukturna kriza, ne samo kriza cijena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2798\" data-end=\"2878\">Ono \u0161to danas vidimo nije samo energetski \u0161ok. Ovo je duboko strukturni problem:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"3040\">\n<li data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"2911\">neuskla\u0111ene politike dr\u017eava<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"2956\">nepostojanje jedinstvene politike goriva<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"2983\">nelojalna konkurencija<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"3040\">nedostatak za\u0161titnih mehanizama za doma\u0107e prevoznike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3042\" data-end=\"3171\">Bez sistemskog odgovora, tr\u017ei\u0161te \u0107e se fragmentirati, a mali i srednji prevoznici \u2014 koji \u010dine okosnicu sektora \u2014 prvi \u0107e nestati.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3173\" data-end=\"3316\">Procjene iz Francuske govore o mogu\u0107em ga\u0161enju 2.000 kompanija i ekonomskom gubitku od 16 milijardi eura .<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"3392\"><strong data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"3392\">Poruka za Bosnu i Hercegovinu: vrijeme je za djelovanje, ne za analize<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3394\" data-end=\"3488\">Ako se ovi trendovi preliju na Bosnu i Hercegovinu \u2014 a ve\u0107 jesu \u2014 posljedice \u0107e biti jo\u0161 te\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3490\" data-end=\"3596\">Na tr\u017ei\u0161tu gdje drumski transport nosi preko 90% robnih tokova, svaki poreme\u0107aj ima multiplicirani efekat:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3598\" data-end=\"3717\">\n<li data-start=\"3598\" data-end=\"3618\">rast cijena robe<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3619\" data-end=\"3656\">smanjenje konkurentnosti privrede<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3657\" data-end=\"3691\">ga\u0161enje prevozni\u010dkih kompanija<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3692\" data-end=\"3717\">gubitak radnih mjesta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3719\" data-end=\"3759\">Zato je klju\u010dno postaviti jasna pitanja:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3761\" data-end=\"3919\">\ud83d\udc49 Da li dr\u017eava ima strategiju za\u0161tite sektora?<br data-start=\"3808\" data-end=\"3811\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 Da li \u0107e se reagovati na cijene goriva?<br data-start=\"3853\" data-end=\"3856\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 Da li \u0107e se rasteretiti prevoznici ili dodatno opteretiti?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3921\" data-end=\"3934\"><strong data-start=\"3921\" data-end=\"3934\">Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3936\" data-end=\"4051\">Evropa se danas nalazi na raskrsnici.
