Glavni cilj je pro\u0161iriti terminalnu i infrastrukturnu mre\u017eu i na taj na\u010din u\u010diniti \u017eeljezni\u010dki teretni transport atraktivnijim. U Be\u010dkoj luci, potpuno nova tehnologija utovara niskog praga iz HELROM-a sada daje doprinos budu\u0107nosti. Ministar za\u0161tite klime Leonore Gewessler i Davor Serti\u0107, predsjednik Odjela za promet i promet Be\u010dke privredne komore, posjetili su kompaniju.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-text-wrap\">\n<blockquote><p>Austrija mora da prepolovi emisiju gasova sa efektom staklene ba\u0161te do 2030. godine kako bi postigla svoje klimatske ciljeve i izbegla milijarde evra nov\u010danih kazni. Iz tog razloga, transportna industrija tako\u0111e tra\u017ei re\u0161enja koja poma\u017eu da se postane jo\u0161 odr\u017eivija. HELROM nudi upravo to sa svojim inovativnim automobilom prikolica. Poluprikolice ne moraju biti podignute na vagon dizalicom, ve\u0107 se jednostavno guraju prema gore. Ovo je omogu\u0107eno hidrauli\u010dnom rampom koja se mo\u017ee pro\u0161iriti bo\u010dno. Be\u010d je polazna ta\u010dka prve evropske teretne transportne veze na kojoj se koristi ova tehnologija. Sa novom tehnologijom, ne samo 10 odsto, ve\u0107 oko 90 odsto prikolica za kamione mo\u017ee da se transportuje \u017eeleznicom u jednom naletu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ministar za za\u0161titu klime Leonore Gewessler vidi ovo inovativno rje\u0161enje kao jedan od mnogih neophodnih gradivnih blokova za postizanje ciljeva modalnog pomaka u teretnom transportu: &#8220;Transport robe je neophodan dio ekonomskog ciklusa. Ne samo s obzirom na izazove sa kojima se Austrija suo\u010dava u globalnoj klimatskoj krizi, va\u017enije je nego ikad prona\u0107i rje\u0161enja o tome kako pru\u017eiti ovu transportnu uslugu i istovremeno smanjiti koli\u010dinu putovanja kamionima i CO<sub>2<\/sub>Emisije se mogu smanjiti. I dalje 90 odsto zavisimo od fosilnih goriva u transportnom sektoru, uglavnom od nafte. Za\u0161tita klime zna\u010di: iz fosilnih goriva i iz obnovljivih izvora. Zajedno \u0107emo osigurati da teretni transport mo\u017ee dati svoj doprinos ovdje. S jedne strane, klimatski ciljevi moraju biti postignuti kako bi se sprije\u010dile nov\u010dane kazne prema Zelenom dogovoru EU, a s druge strane, industrija pati od akutnog nedostatka voza\u010da. &#8220;Jedan voz mo\u017ee da zameni do 52 kamiona. Ako uspemo da prebacimo prevoz na velike udaljenosti na \u017eeleznicu i izvr\u0161imo finu distribuciju preko kamiona, mo\u017eemo neizmerno pove\u0107ati atraktivnost profesije. Voza\u010di bi se zatim vozili napred-nazad izme\u0111u teretnog terminala i mesta isporuke u smenama poput voza\u010da autobusa i uve\u010de bi se vra\u0107ali sa svojim porodicama&#8221;, ka\u017ee Serti\u0107, gledaju\u0107i u budu\u0107nost.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Stvaranje <strong>okvirnih uslova za promjenu<\/strong>\u00a0Krajem januara pokrenuta je radna grupa &#8220;KMU ide intermodalno&#8221; Be\u010dke saobra\u0107ajno-saobra\u0107ajne divizije. &#8220;Na\u0161e kompanije \u017eele da prevoze vi\u0161e \u017eeleznicom, ali su im potrebni infrastrukturni i tro\u0161kovno realni okvirni uslovi koji im to omogu\u0107avaju&#8221;, ka\u017ee Serti\u0107. \u010cetiri od deset be\u010dkih kompanija u transportnoj industriji ve\u0107 koriste nekoliko kombiniranih na\u010dina transporta \u2013 kao \u0161to su \u017eeljezni\u010dki i cestovni \u2013 na svojim transportnim i dostavnim rutama. Da bi se mala i srednja preduze\u0107a sve vi\u0161e prebacila na \u017eeleznicu, inovacije poput onih iz HELROM-a su va\u017ene pored smanjenja tro\u0161kova.
