REGIONALNA ANALIZA."},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"386\">Cargo terminali predstavljaju klju\u010dnu infrastrukturu savremenih logisti\u010dkih sistema i imaju strate\u0161ki zna\u010daj za razvoj privrede, me\u0111unarodne trgovine i integraciju u globalne lance snabdijevanja.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"614\">U Bosni i Hercegovini, gdje vi\u0161e od 90% robnih tokova zavisi od drumskog transporta, razvoj avio-cargo kapaciteta nije pitanje alternativnog rje\u0161enja, ve\u0107 pitanje <strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"613\">strate\u0161ke diversifikacije i otpornosti logisti\u010dkog sistema<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2552\">Za BiH je strate\u0161ki problem \u0161to nema jasno definisanu <strong data-start=\"2424\" data-end=\"2452\">cargo politiku aerodroma<\/strong>, niti funkcionalnu vezu: <strong data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2551\">aerodrom \u2013 carina \u2013 logisti\u010dki centar \u2013 drumski\/\u017eeljezni\u010dki transport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2575\" data-end=\"2668\">BiH bi trebalo da razvije model <strong data-start=\"2607\" data-end=\"2633\">nacionalne cargo mre\u017ee<\/strong>, a ne samo pojedina\u010dnih aerodroma:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2991\"><strong data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2682\">Sarajevo<\/strong> \u2013 glavni belly-cargo i express centar.<br data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"2724\" \/><strong data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2738\">Banja Luka<\/strong> \u2013 potencijal za regionalni cargo terminal povezan sa autoputem, carinom i industrijskim zonama.<br data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"2837\" \/><strong data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2846\">Tuzla<\/strong> \u2013 potencijal za niskotarifni i radno-intenzivni cargo model.<br data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"2910\" \/><strong data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"2920\">Mostar<\/strong> \u2013 sezonski i specijalizovani cargo, veza sa Dalmacijom i Hercegovinom.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3341\"><strong data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3341\">Avio-cargo na Zapadnom Balkanu vi\u0161e ne treba posmatrati kao pomo\u0107ni segment avio-saobra\u0107aja, ve\u0107 kao dio \u0161ire logisti\u010dke otpornosti. U uslovima zastoja na granicama, ograni\u010denja za voza\u010de i rasta tro\u0161kova drumskog transporta, aerodromski cargo terminali mogu postati va\u017ena dopuna intermodalnom sistemu regiona.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"667\"><strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"667\">1. BRZINA I SIGURNOST LANACA SNABDIJEVANJA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"890\">Cargo terminali omogu\u0107avaju:<br data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"700\" \/>\u2022 brzu isporuku robe visoke vrijednosti<br data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"742\" \/>\u2022 transport farmaceutskih proizvoda i medicinske opreme<br data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"800\" \/>\u2022 efikasnu distribuciju e-commerce po\u0161iljki<br data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"846\" \/>\u2022 smanjenje rizika od zastoja na granicama<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"1014\">U uslovima sve \u010de\u0161\u0107ih zadr\u017eavanja u drumskom transportu, avio-cargo postaje klju\u010dan za odr\u017eavanje kontinuiteta poslovanja.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1055\"><strong data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1055\">2. PODR\u0160KA IZVOZU I INDUSTRIJI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1301\">Razvijeni cargo terminali omogu\u0107avaju:<br data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1098\" \/>\u2022 direktan izvoz roba iz BiH prema EU i globalnim tr\u017ei\u0161tima<br data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1160\" \/>\u2022 pove\u0107anje konkurentnosti doma\u0107ih kompanija<br data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1207\" \/>\u2022 podr\u0161ku industrijama koje zahtijevaju brzu isporuku (metalna, automobilska, IT, tekstilna)<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1448\">Bez cargo infrastrukture, doma\u0107i proizvo\u0111a\u010di su primorani koristiti strane logisti\u010dke centre, \u0161to pove\u0107ava tro\u0161kove i produ\u017eava vrijeme isporuke.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1493\"><strong data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1493\">3. RAZVOJ INTERMODALNOG TRANSPORTA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1605\">Cargo terminali su klju\u010dna ta\u010dka povezivanja:<br data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1543\" \/>\u2022 aerodroma<br data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1557\" \/>\u2022 drumskog transporta<br data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1581\" \/>\u2022 \u017eeljezni\u010dkog sistema<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1808\">Uspostavljanjem funkcionalne veze <strong data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1695\">aerodrom \u2013 carina \u2013 logisti\u010dki centar \u2013 \u017eeljeznica<\/strong>, Bosna i Hercegovina mo\u017ee razviti efikasan intermodalni model koji smanjuje tro\u0161kove i pove\u0107ava proto\u010dnost robe.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1815\" data-end=\"1874\"><strong data-start=\"1815\" data-end=\"1874\">4. PRIVLA\u010cENJE INVESTICIJA I RAZVOJ LOGISTI\u010cKIH CENTARA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"2082\">Razvoj cargo terminala direktno uti\u010de na:<br data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1920\" \/>\u2022 dolazak me\u0111unarodnih logisti\u010dkih operatera<br data-start=\"1964\" data-end=\"1967\" \/>\u2022 razvoj slobodnih zona i industrijskih parkova<br data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2017\" \/>\u2022 otvaranje novih radnih mjesta<br data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2051\" \/>\u2022 pove\u0107anje fiskalnih prihoda<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"171\" data-end=\"551\">Osnovna poruka: <strong data-start=\"187\" data-end=\"386\">avio-cargo u regionu je jo\u0161 uvijek nerazvijen, ali postaje strate\u0161ki va\u017ean zbog zastoja u drumskom transportu, e-commerce tokova, farmaceutike, brze po\u0161te i potrebe za intermodalnim povezivanjem.<\/strong> Evropa je u 2025. imala rast aerodromskog freight prometa od oko <strong data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"460\">3,2%<\/strong>, dok je globalni air-cargo demand porastao <strong data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"512\">3,4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1diui8s\" data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"581\">Kratak regionalni pregled<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"899\"><strong data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"595\">Hrvatska<\/strong> ima najrazvijeniji avio-cargo okvir u posmatranom prostoru, prije svega kroz Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar i Rijeku. Hrvatski aerodromi su u periodu januar\u2013septembar 2025. imali oko <strong data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"816\">7,3 hiljade tona freight prometa<\/strong>, uz pad od 13% u odnosu na isti period 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1178\"><strong data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"911\">Srbija<\/strong> je regionalno najva\u017eniji cargo centar zbog Aerodroma Nikola Tesla Beograd. Beograd je 2025. imao rekordnih <strong data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1043\">8,91 miliona putnika<\/strong> i nastavak \u0161irenja kapaciteta, \u0161to stvara osnov i za ja\u010danje belly-cargo i express cargo tokova.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1451\"><strong data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1203\">Bosna i Hercegovina<\/strong> ima cargo promet, ali bez razvijenog nacionalnog cargo hub-a. Zvani\u010dna statistika pokazuje da je 2024. ukupni prevoz robe na aerodromima u BiH iznosio <strong data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1369\">2.845 tona<\/strong>, \u0161to je rast od <strong data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1395\">14,4%<\/strong> u odnosu na 2023.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1610\"><strong data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1476\">Sjeverna Makedonija<\/strong> ima potencijal kroz Skoplje kao TAV-ov regionalni aerodrom, posebno za express, e-commerce i veze prema Turskoj, Bliskom istoku i EU.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1765\"><strong data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1625\">Crna Gora<\/strong> je ograni\u010dena malim tr\u017ei\u0161tem, ali Aerodrom Podgorica mo\u017ee imati ni\u0161nu ulogu za brzu robu, turizam, po\u0161tu, farmaceutiku i urgentne isporuke.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1957\"><strong data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1779\">Albanija<\/strong> ima najdinami\u010dniji rast putni\u010dkog saobra\u0107aja u regionu kroz Tiranu, \u0161to mo\u017ee povu\u0107i i belly-cargo, ali cargo sistem jo\u0161 nije u potpunosti razvijen kao regionalni logisti\u010dki hub.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2104\"><strong data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"1969\">Kosovo<\/strong> ima operativni potencijal kroz Pri\u0161tinu, posebno za dijasporu, express po\u0161iljke i robu visoke vrijednosti, ali ograni\u010den tr\u017ei\u0161ni obim.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"6g3h4g\" data-start=\"2106\" data-end=\"2136\">Klju\u010dni zaklju\u010dak za region<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2217\">Region nema integrisan sistem avio-cargo terminala. Cargo je uglavnom vezan za:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2368\">\n<li data-section-id=\"12pu05k\" data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2251\">brzu po\u0161tu i express po\u0161iljke,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2avjpt\" data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2265\">e-commerce,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1bqz1vx\" data-start=\"2266\" data-end=\"2281\">farmaceutiku,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"437q8a\" data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2308\">robu visoke vrijednosti,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1isiqln\" data-start=\"2309\" data-end=\"2339\">hitne industrijske isporuke,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"y79zfs\" data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2368\">sezonske i charter tokove.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3341\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cargo terminali predstavljaju klju\u010dnu infrastrukturu savremenih logisti\u010dkih sistema i imaju strate\u0161ki zna\u010daj za razvoj privrede, me\u0111unarodne trgovine i integraciju u globalne lance snabdijevanja.
