Ove promene uti\u010du na sve privredne subjekte koji prevoze robu pomorskim, unutra\u0161njim plovnim putevima, drumom i \u017eeljeznicom, uklju\u010duju\u0107i po\u0161tanske i ekspresne po\u0161iljke.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Koga se ti\u010du ove promene?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Prevoznika pomorskim, unutra\u0161njim plovnim putevima, drumom i \u017eeljeznicom<\/li>\n<li>\u0160peditera i krajnjih primalaca u pomorskom prometu<\/li>\n<li>Po\u0161tanskih operatera i ekspresnih prevoznika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2. Koje su nove obaveze?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Privredni subjekti moraju podnositi <strong>ulaznu sa\u017eetu deklaraciju (ENS &#8211; Entry Summary Declaration)<\/strong> putem Sistema kontrole uvoza 2 (ICS2).<\/li>\n<li>Pristup ICS2 sistemu mo\u017ee se ostvariti pomo\u0107u vlastitog interno razvijenog IT sistema ili preko pru\u017eaoca IT usluga (ITSP).<\/li>\n<li>Neophodno je osigurati <strong>prikupljanje ta\u010dnih i potpunih podataka<\/strong> od klijenata i prilagoditi interne informati\u010dke sisteme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3. Rokovi i postupci za prilago\u0111avanje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Najkasnije do 1. marta 2025. godine<\/strong>, privredni subjekti koji nisu spremni moraju kontaktirati <strong>Nacionalni servis centar (National Service Desk)<\/strong> dr\u017eave EU u kojoj su registrovani i poseduju <strong>EORI broj<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Podno\u0161enjem zahteva mo\u017ee se dobiti vremenski okvir za implementaciju i aktivaciju ICS2 sistema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>4. Preporu\u010deni koraci za privredne subjekte<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Proveriti da li ste obuhva\u0107eni novim zahtevima ICS2 sistema.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pripremiti svoj IT sistem<\/strong> ili anga\u017eovati pru\u017eaoca IT usluga za integraciju sa ICS2.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Osigurati pravovremeno podno\u0161enje ENS deklaracija<\/strong> kako bi se izbegle carinske prepreke.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kontaktirati Nacionalni servis centar<\/strong> ako vam je potrebno dodatno vreme za prilago\u0111avanje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prisustvovati vebinarima<\/strong> kako biste dobili najnovije informacije o primeni ICS2 sistema.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"183\">Ako voza\u010d treba da popuni prijavu za ulazak robe u EU u skladu sa ICS2 sistemom, procedura bi trebalo da bude jasna i prilago\u0111ena operativnim potrebama. Priprema potrebnih podataka<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"678\">Voza\u010d ili prevoznik treba da obezbedi slede\u0107e informacije:<br data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"341\" \/>\u2705 <strong data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"366\">Podaci o po\u0161iljaocu<\/strong> (ime, adresa, EORI broj)<br data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"394\" \/>\u2705 <strong data-start=\"396\" data-end=\"417\">Podaci o primaocu<\/strong> (ime, adresa, EORI broj)<br data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"445\" \/>\u2705 <strong data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"470\">Podaci o prevozniku<\/strong> (naziv firme, EORI broj, kontakt)<br data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"507\" \/>\u2705 <strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"526\">Podaci o robi<\/strong> (opis, koli\u010dina, te\u017eina, vrednost, \u0161ifra carinske tarife)<br data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"587\" \/>\u2705 <strong data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"613\">Detalji o transportu<\/strong> (registarske oznake vozila i prikolice, ruta, grani\u010dni prelaz)<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"738\"><strong data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"736\">2. Popunjavanje ulazne sa\u017eete deklaracije (ENS)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"1044\">\n<li data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"839\">Prijava se mo\u017ee podneti preko <strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"800\">internog IT sistema firme<\/strong> ili preko pru\u017eaoca IT usluga (ITSP).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"974\">Ako prevoznik nema interni sistem, mo\u017ee koristiti <strong data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"948\">platformu ICS2 Nacionalnog servisa dr\u017eave \u010dlanice EU<\/strong> u kojoj je registrovan.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1044\">Dokument se podnosi <strong data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1041\">pre nego \u0161to vozilo stigne na granicu EU<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1097\"><strong data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1095\">3.
