Dok pojedine dr\u017eave ostvaruju zna\u010dajan napredak kroz modernizaciju infrastrukture i rast putni\u010dkog saobra\u0107aja, druge se i dalje suo\u010davaju sa zastarjelom mre\u017eom, padom teretnog prometa i ograni\u010denim investicionim kapacitetima.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"910\">Srbija \u2013 lider investicionog ciklusa<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"1142\">Srbija je trenutno najdinami\u010dnije \u017eeljezni\u010dko tr\u017ei\u0161te u regionu. Izgradnja brzih pruga Beograd\u2013Novi Sad i nastavak projekta prema Subotici i Budimpe\u0161ti predstavljaju najve\u0107i infrastrukturni iskorak u posljednjih nekoliko decenija.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1342\">Istovremeno, teretni saobra\u0107aj jo\u0161 uvijek nije dostigao puni potencijal zbog ograni\u010denih kapaciteta na pojedinim koridorima i potrebe za ve\u0107om integracijom sa logisti\u010dkim centrima i rije\u010dnim lukama.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1409\">Bosna i Hercegovina \u2013 veliki potencijal, nedovoljno iskori\u0161ten<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1601\">Bosna i Hercegovina raspola\u017ee zna\u010dajnim tranzitnim polo\u017eajem na Koridoru Vc i vezama prema Luci Plo\u010de, ali \u017eeljezni\u010dki sektor bilje\u017ei pad teretnog prometa i veoma skroman putni\u010dki saobra\u0107aj.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1814\">Neophodno je ubrzati restrukturiranje \u017eeljezni\u010dkih operatera, modernizaciju infrastrukture i ja\u010danje koordinacije izme\u0111u entitetskih \u017eeljezni\u010dkih sistema kako bi se pove\u0107ala konkurentnost na regionalnom tr\u017ei\u0161tu.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1858\">Crna Gora \u2013 Luka Bar kao razvojna \u0161ansa<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1999\">\u017deljezni\u010dki sistem Crne Gore ostaje usko povezan sa prugom Bar\u2013Beograd, koja predstavlja jednu od najva\u017enijih transportnih osovina regiona.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2184\">Dok putni\u010dki saobra\u0107aj pokazuje znake oporavka kroz obnovu voznog parka, teretni sektor zahtijeva sna\u017enije restrukturiranje i bolju integraciju sa Lukom Bar i logisti\u010dkim terminalima.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2238\">Sjeverna Makedonija \u2013 klju\u010dna uloga Koridora VIII<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2360\">Razvoj Koridora VIII predstavlja jedan od najva\u017enijih infrastrukturnih projekata za povezivanje Jadranskog i Crnog mora.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2545\">Modernizacija \u017eeljezni\u010dke mre\u017ee i izgradnja nedostaju\u0107ih dionica prema Albaniji i Bugarskoj mogu zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ati tranzitni zna\u010daj dr\u017eave i unaprijediti regionalne logisti\u010dke tokove.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2547\" ograni\u010davaju zastarjela infrastruktura i sporija dinamika realizacije investicionih projekata.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3307\">Intermodalni transport kao zajedni\u010dki razvojni cilj<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3309\" data-end=\"3460\">Najve\u0107i potencijal regiona nalazi se u razvoju intermodalnih logisti\u010dkih sistema koji povezuju \u017eeljeznicu, drumski transport, luke i konkurentnosti evropskog \u017eeljezni\u010dkog sektora.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4138\" data-end=\"4150\"><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4152\" data-end=\"4310\">\u017deljeznice Zapadnog Balkana nalaze se data-end=\"4665\">Budu\u0107nost regiona zavisi od sposobnosti da se nacionalni \u017eeljezni\u010dki sistemi pove\u017eu kroz interoperabilnu infrastrukturu, zajedni\u010dke digitalne standarde i Modernizacija koridora, uvo\u0111enje ERTMS-a, razvoj logisti\u010dkih terminala i digitalizacija poslovnih procesa predstavljaju klju\u010dne preduslove za pove\u0107anje konkurentnosti.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4667\" data-end=\"5035\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Ukoliko planirane investicije budu realizovane u narednim godinama, Zapadni Balkan mo\u017ee postati jedan od najzna\u010dajnijih \u017eeljezni\u010dko-logisti\u010dkih mostova izme\u0111u Jadranskog mora, srednje Evrope i jugoisto\u010dne Evrope.
